DId you actually use amps on this song, in lieu of the Strymon?

no, i used the Strymon Iridium on every track, including the bass.
i'm finding the tones i want so much easier with the iridium,
than firing up the boogie, spending and hour tweaking tones and setting mics...
being able to blend 3 different amps, for me, gives a lot more clarity than blending one amp 4 or 5 times,
the overall sound is less homogenous, and more in line with the guitars i'm using...
i find the carvin blends well with the vox ac30 sound, the ibanez blends with the marshall, and the strat, when pushed by my Revv G3 pedal thru a cleanish Fender Deluxe, offers a really cool solo tone.
