Shure Prologue 22L is it a good microphone?

Shure Prologue 22L is it a good microphone? that says it all. My friend has one he trying to push on me it looks nice and has a nice hard case with it. I just don't know what its worth or if its worth buying at all? Does it have any other names it goes by when I did I Google search they called it a SM 58 is that the same thing?

It is Shure's cheap knock ff of it's own 58, has a switch and I wouldn't pay all that much for it.
How much is your friend asking for it?
