should I upgrade to a Toneport UX1?

right now i use a v-amp2 through the tascam us-122

it's alright.

but this toneport thing looks SCHWEET!

is the Toneport UX2 worth the extra $70 over the UX1?

should I sell both my V-Amp 2 and my Tascam for a single Toneport?

I have the both an Ux2 and a vamp2, and it really is a sweet unit. Line 6 sounds better IMO. I got the UX2 so I had phantom power, but that was really the only argument for getting the ux2, instead of the Ux1. Toneport and gearbox is really easy to setup and easy to use.

If i´m gonna use the Pod just for recording into the computer, should i save some money and get a GuitarPort instead?
Is the sound the same on both?
