That might be a little harder then a 1000. For one, companies charge more for under 1000 pressings. That's mostly because they have to press it all by hand. And most of the time it is CD-R not store silver CD. If you don't mind much about the CD-R look, there is a lot of companies that will do that. You may even be able to find it cheap. I had an artist press up 300 CD by Musicians Friend. It was O.K. but was CD-R. I'd want the silver side CD, looks better and more high quality.
I mean it aint bad to pay about $55 for 50 Cds. You can get up to 500 I think.
Since we are talking about CD pressing, I recomend burning your final CD master on 24 karet Gold CD. You will be amazed on how the quality goes up. You will never listen to CD-R the same.
Hey you know, I did find 1000 CDs for about $900! before tax and shipping. It's a one page insert. I have to look for the contact... I need to ask for a sample, cause you do get what you pay for. Let me find out...
