Setting up Echo Indigo io

I'm confused as to which setting to use in the audio devices area of preferences in n-track 4.1 to use with this newly purchased laptop card - MME (and its many virtual outputs), MME: Wave Mapper, WDM (and its many virtual outputs) or ASIO Echo WDM?

If more information is needed, please tell me as I would like to get this card properely configured.

Thanks in advance,

PEACE

When I used an Indigo a while back, I used it with ASIO. The virtual outs are so that the card can be used with different programs simultaneously to play audio. If you're going that route, than you need to use WDM. I would avoid MME at all costs.

Just want to share this to Echo Indigo IO users out there....

For those having trouble setting it up and are either having problems with the computer freezing up or are getting digital noise, and your laptop has a PCMCIA controller made by ENE try using this ENE utility from Echo: http://www.echoaudio.com/Downloads/Other.php

Follow its directions and all is well! Hope this saves someone from frustrations.
