I CAN SMELL EM!
We have a 300 series wireless that we bought about a year and a half ago. This mic outperformed anything that we've had before.
Well,.. some genius broke off the power button two weeks ago!

I have not had good luck with returning gear to the manufacturer for repair before so I was expecting the worst. Man did Sennheiser prove me wrong!!! Not only were their customer reps friendly, but they actually knew their shit!!!
God, I have never had service like that.

Then to top it all off, they didn't charge me a dime when it was clear my warranty had expired 6 months ago.

These guys really impressed me.
 
yeah,
my e602 just stopped working so i brought it back to GC and they sent me a brand new one. i made friends with the guy from GC so they they only charged me 10 bucks for 'shipping and handling' both ways. Now they say the warranty is for 10 years, too bad i bought mine before they changed it ) :

well, I love the mics, and thier service is impeccable, but they can be quite steep in thier service charges, moreso than I have ever seen.
Try to have a 421 fixed. For capsule and basket... $400. Its a $300 mic.
441, capsule only was like $400 if I remember correctly.
Pretty outrageous, and they charge like $30 just to look at it.
