go into your multimedia properties and make sure the line in box is activated in the recording properties, not just the playback properties... (im assuming your running windows98)
Click on the volume control icon in your tool bar, then click on options, properties, then select recording and click OK. Now make sure line in is checked and the volume is turned up.
The card sounds great and everything plays great.. mp3's, wav's mpegs. When I run from my MD4 into the line in... I hear the music on the speakers I can adjust the volume with the control panel... but I can't record the signal... SoundRecorder,the utility that came with sblive, soundforge nothing will record it. Did I just miss a setting somehwere? In hardware I have the recording device set as SBLive. Anyone have the same problem?
