Running European Rack Gear In the US

Hi everyone I just picked up a very handsome Joe Meek MQ3. It has a UK power supply I believe and it states it is wired for Europe. From what I read the AC difference wont cause a problem but will the difference in voltage? Would it be better to use the current power supply with an adapter or plug in a different one?

Find a power supply that takes 120V 60Hz input and puts out 12VAC @ at least 12VA, and which has a matching plug. One good thing, with AC output you don't have to worry about polarity.
