Room Tune?

I have built a room with the space that I had available to me. The mode calculations are attached in a text file. I do see some definite trouble spots but am not sure what I should do about them.

I will be using the room for vocal tracking/mixing. I am planning on building a bookshelf along the back where I will do my vocal stuff. But what else should I be looking into? I have also been considering building some gobos with old doors and some isulation with a cover on one side and live on the other.

Thanks for any advice and help.

Yes a typical set of figures for a long narrow room such as yours. There is the typical problem around the low mid frequencies (250Hz) I'd suggest you break up the parallels with angled slots as per:

The low ceiling is also a problem needing some treatment. I'd wipe it out with some rigid fibreglass.

Thanks john

Since the room is so narrow do you feel that setup will take up too much space?

PS Should I stick with the bookshelf?

Thanks

Double check

If I build all the pieces in the picture should I tune all the slats to 250 Hz?

Each piece looks easy enough to build ( although my local lumber yard only has 5/8 mdf @ 18 $ a sheet)

Thanks again
