Room for music practice...

I draw some floor plan of room in basement where i would like to put instruments and use this room for music practice. All my money i spend on instruments so, less money for acoustic treatment of room. Room is 5m x 4m x 2,8m (metric) ... anybody to give me advice on my setup... i thought to build panel absorbers (for low), and to use perforated MDF panel, with mineral wool as insolation glued on panel (for absorbing mid and high).. also, my question is.. are this panel absorbers act like helmholtz resonators-perforated type?

p.s. wall is gray.. and this L profiles are panel absorbers... (or not ;D ?)

Thanks very much... but i'm little confused in this.. what is difference between perforated panel (in my L profile), and not perforated... just in absorbing high frequencies or this holes and space behind make effect like in Helmholtz resonator... if i understand, effect of Helmholtz resonator is only if there is sealed cavity behind perforated panel. (then, i don't make this effect with my L profile panel absorber, couse he has open back plate)

p.s. sorry for my english...

ok.. here is new floor plan... question is the same.. what if i make holes in panels (and make perforated panel), is it better then without holes??
