Dude, you should totally design your own USB powered mic! It would look similar to the others, but instead of the XLR, would plug right into the USB (without a cable). :cool:

One giant huge problem: digital devices require testing for FCC compliance. Just ask Behringer ;)

Last time I talked to Roger, he was using Voyetra's Digital Orchestrator Pro, but I think he's switched to CoolEdit/Audition.

Yeah, it was Cool Edit Pro that was mentioned in the TapeOp article.
