RME Firewire 800?

Anybody using this? I was going to get a Motu 828mk3... but they're now back-ordered to early February.... the RME is a bit more than i planned on spending, but I'm moving away from ProTools to DP and need a new interface, even though a few have told the 002R would work, I've had it since 2005 and it has worked well, but it's time to get into something a bit better (no interest in upgrading to 9.0)

Pro's/Cons on the RME800?

If I was looking for a new interface, the FF800 would be it.

Check out the RME forums for a bird's eye view of the types of issues folks are having (such as they are).
