It works equally well with Win Xp or OSX, I have used it with both. Why am I getting rid, well with two MOTU 828s it is just sitting gathering dust.
It has very nice converters, will except 8 channels of ADAT, SPDIF (I do have this breakout cable), AES/EBU (I don't have this breakout cable) as well as analogue in. For more specs check the above link.
What do I want for this beast, well it is $400.00 new so an equivalent value of either Preamps or Mics (any LDCs, SDCs, SM57s / SM58s).
