I eBayed the VF160 and purchased a Firepod. A new laptop and two firewire cards later I think I'm going to be off to a good start. I'm trying to record my choral rehearsals. I have the following setup.
Two Behringer B-2 Pros
The Firepod
eMachines M6810 (Athlon 64 3200+)

What latency setting should I be using?
How do I configure to capture data Adobe Audition?
 
Have latency @ 3.5ms and have configured Adobe Audition through Options/Settings. I'm doing 2-Track stuff right now so I'm using waveform view......any suggestions on how I can tweak this out for max quality/efficiency is appreciated.
