Hearing him speak about his designs using electrical engineering for audio is enlightening. I happened to be watching the Grammys this year and he was in the montage.

Yeah, sad. He lived here in the Austin area and his passing went unnoticed. As much as he has contributed to the modern sound of music, you would think a music town like Austin would have done more to celebrate his life and achievements.
