Rhodes Piano Tremelo Panning effect with 1 head and 2 cabinets

I've got a Boss GT-3 that makes some nice tremelo panning, some similar to the rhodes piano sound.
I have 5150 head running into two seperate cabinets spaced apart.
Now how would you pan/tremelo seperately(because there is a tremelo effect when I do this, but not a seperate tremelo panning between the two cabs) between the individual cabinets. Do I need a pedal, device, am I simply not hooking up things correctly in order to achieve this.
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated as this similarity to the Rhodes Panning sound is amazing would be wonderful for all of us to know.
 
Ok that makes perfect sense. Well ok I'll opt for two seperate amplifiers, but I still want to use my 5150 gain and clean to run through those two amps. What are some practical ways to achieve that?
