Reverb question

Hello I do home recording with a Boss Br-532 and am just using the onboard reverb in the unit. What i'm wondering is if I bought an outboard effects unit like the Alesis Picoverb would this be a big improvement over the Boss's onboard reverb.

An outboard fx unit, in the $200 range will sound better and have more adjustable parameters than your on board fx does. Check out TC Electric M300 unit.

I'd say look for a Lexicon LXP-1 on ebay. Shouldn't be more than $125 at most and I still LOVE mine.

TC Electronics M300 for $200 is pretty damn clean. You also get two seperate effects channels. One for delays/chorus/flange and the other for reverbs.
