resizing plug-in windows in nuendo

I've had this problem with nuendo where with some plug-ins, when I open them, the window will be too large and the preview button will be below the screen where I cant to it. The only way to get out of it is to close the program. Does anybody know any wasy to resize the windows in nuendo?

Change your screen resolution to 1280x1024.
