Replacing xp service pack

I have sp3 installed on my pc, I tried to download sp2 but at the end of it installing a dialog box came up saying a newer vesion is installed and that my pc dose not need sp2

How do I replace sp3 with sp2?

Without a reformat and a fresh SP2 install I don't think you can. I never bothered getting SP3, nothing wrong with 2.

It's call an uninstall, or rollback.

Yes, SP3 can be removed.

However SP contains everything that was in SP2, unless it is giving you some problems I would not see any need to remove it.
