I have two mics in my studio right now..Rode NT1 and the second is AKG C3000...Is it ok to run them both while recording vocal tracks? Will I get a better effect, what do you say?

'Cause I have Aardvark card I have a option of recording more track simultanously..

Give me an advice, how should I position them for recording vocals?

Thanx

depends on where they are relative to each other, and where they are relative to the thing you're trying to record

that's what it's all about

I just did a quick search on "recording vocals" and got 1426 results - I'm sure everyone doesn't really need me to post them here, so I would advise you to try a search.

Good Luck!

PS: Keep the "3:1 Rule" in mind - there, that will give you something to get started ;>
