Hey guys,
I just got done ordering the Yorkville YSM-1p monitors based on the numerous recommendations here and elsewhere. I plan on having these placed on my desktop but need to raise them up about 6 to 10 inches to get the tweeter level with my ears. I'm thinking that decoupling them from the desktop surface is probably a good idea as well. To that end, I would like to know if anyone has any recommendations on good speaker stands to use. I don't want to spend a fortune on them, but these will be with me for a nice long time, so I don't mind spending a little more on good stuff.
