Recommend me a CPU cooling fan please

My PC DAW really appreciated it when I fitted a twin-fan cooler playing over my two IBM deskstar HDs

Now to get the crash frequency down to ~zero I want to fit a new CPU cooler

The one in there is a standard model that came with the PC

I would like one that is more efficient - much - AND quieter

Any suggestions?
 
I bought a Monster II cooler from OCZ, it enables me to overclock my 750Mhz Duron to 950Mhz set at maximum voltage! And it runs great!
 
Coolermaster make some good ball-bearing fans. You don't need anything super-duper to cool your PIII, the Duron's and Thunderbirds you really have to choose your heatsink/fan carefully - They run HOT . These guys make some cooling products - http://www.pcpowerandcooling.com/
