Recommend a Dedicated Reverb for Live Use

Right now we are using a Behringer Virtualizer Pro for live use. It's ok but not what I'm really looking for. I don't need a gazillion options. I'm looking for a rack mounted, manually controlled (yes knobs) effects unit. Actually could be a multi-effects unit but my main concern is reverb and delay. I don't want to go through menus, I want to turn knobs. I've looked at the Lexicon MPX 100 but see a lot of comments about how low a signal you have to send it to prevent clipping. I know there's a mod to replace all the .22uf caps with .47uf caps which they say substantially improves the sound quality. Doesn't do anything for the low input level required. Anyhow, recommendations would be appreciated. Budget is about $100 so I'm sure it would be an eBay buy of a used unit.
