As usual, I'm having an issue with panning in Reaper.
It may be down to using the wrong panning mode as a default.
I'm using mono tracks, and the setting is 'stereo balance.'
(Not sure if that's the right one for this configuration.)
I'm trying to add a delay to part of a track - which means I had to split it.
The part is hard panned left, and I want the delay hard panned right.
No matter what setting I use, the signals are not sounding right - not distinct from each other.
I tried panning through the take properties on the actual track, but that doesn't seem to work, either.
If I pan the actual track on the mixer, then the whole track will follow, which is not what I want; which is only to have the item affected.
Hard to explain, but maybe someone can decipher what I'm after.
