I recently installed 7.4.2 on my mac book. My OS is 10.5.4 and I have 2gb of ram. Here is my problem. Everytime I launch protools it freezes up when the re wire plug in is being loaded. I couldn't figure out the problem so I deleted Re wire from my mac. Now pt starts up and operates fine.. as far as I can tell. Has anyone had a similar problem? Eventually I'll probably want to use re wire so I'd like to get it figured out someday.
