Hello, I have a Tascam 38 that I bought and is in the repair shop getting a full calibration, cleaning and all new belts and rubber. I will need to get a mixer and have the opportunity to buy a Ramsa WR-S4416 mixer. Does anyone know if this will work with the Tascam 38. I know that I could get a vintage Tascam mixer that will work but I am having some trouble finding a used Tascam locally. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have a slightly older Ramsa (WR-8210) They are solid boards, can't see a reason it wouldnt work with a tascam 38.

I'm not too far from you in Northern California. I have a nice working TascamM520 mixer, I'd part with for a reasonable amount There's plenty of info on them in this forum, but the basics are it's a 20 input 8 buss mixer with 8 channel balanced out capabilities.
I have 2, one's enough. :D

No problems - solid bit of kit, +4dB main outputs that are balanced, but if they're too hot, then there's a line level duplicate on the rec outs unbalanced, that will work too.
