I started this thread on The Rack forum and this may be a better place. I need the machine close by because I record direct to ADAT in my one room studio...so I need to view the meters and have access to the recorder. Has anyone built a "soundproofed box with a window" to quiet down an ADAT. Any photos or plans/ideas for a DIY project?
