I live in an apt and some of my walls are cement. I cannot do anything permanent to them but was wondering if there is something temporary i could put up to get rid of the cement and deaden the sound a bit. Cheap is good. Also how should i deal with the window with out boarding it up its a big window about 6fth wide by 4ft tall. should i just put up a thick curtain by the window? The noise isnt so bad but the sound reflection is.
