Question for Tracktion users

After hearing some praise for Tracktion and its ease of use, I downloaded the demo. So, I like it. The sound and plugins are good--especially for such an inexpensive program. But I can't figure out how to do live monitoring of the analog inputs (and the documentation is completely unhelpful). I pluck a guitar string, and the software clearly registers it, but nothing gets sent out to my monitors. Same when I record: nothing heard in the monitors, even though playback after recording is fine.

I'm sure that I'm just blind and have missed a blatant button or something. Anyone help?
