So I'm trying to put a certain type of sample in my songs. It's hard to describe since the word "sample" seems to encompass a lot of different types of sounds, but this is what I'm looking for (it's like a pulsing sound):

I think you can do it with pro tools, but I use Garageband, and don't want to get a new DAW. I just want to buy a program I can use with it, like Reason or something. I have one called Komplete Elements, but the sounds are spacey and not what I'm looking for. If anyone knows of a good program for making these sounds I'd appreciate it. Thanks for the help!
