I see a lot of sample CDs out there for sale and I'm just curious, when you buy...say...an orchestral or strings sample CD, are you stuck with whatever note/bpm the sample is recorded at? Or does it depend on the sampler's time-stretch/pitch functions? OR does it depend on the quality of the sample CD?
