Question about compactflash memory for the MR-8

Have a Fostex on the way, so I'm spending way too much time
There's a 1 Gig CF card made by PNY for about $40, but the speed is around 15x. How is this going to affect recording bouncing and all that when used with the Fostex MR-8?
Also, if I had data stored on tracks 1-4, all of the same length, how much recording time do I have for" 128, 256, 512, 1 gig? is there a chart anywhere with this info for the MR-8?
Thanks for the help

Also here's the specs Pny posted on their cards (their very reserved about stating exactly what speed these cards run at, so I found it in a support FAQ)

I had to do some digging to come up with this thread. It's long, but there is a lot of good information in it from me and lots of other MR-8 owners:

I think you will find out what you need.

One more thing: as soon as you get your MR-8, go to the Fostex website and upgrade to v1.20. This should allow the MR-8 to use any card.

I am getting about 96min, 20sec on a 512MB card...
