QS6

Everything depends on what YOU think, not us!! I have a QS8 and it is a very good "meat and potatos" synth, not that fancy but a good place to learn programming etc. The sounds were recorded at 48K so that helps them sound pretty good. You can expand your waveforms with cards or via midi dump and the free soundbridge software that comes with the synth. I like the QS8 for what it is worth. BTW if you are into analog/hip hop/techno etc, the filters do not have resonance.
