How in the world do I burn a MP3 file from bouncing to disk? I bought the software for it, and now everytime I go to upload on soundclick it says it is not a MP3 file.....

What am I doing wrong?

Burn to wave file then convert to MP-3, What software do you have for the conversion?
 
should be working fine for you using the MP3 export option in PT.
I do it all the time. I exported both Variable and Constant bit rate files...both at 192 and 128Kbps....both at 44.1KHz and 48KHz

try it again i guess. or resort to bouncing down to a wave file and using something like ITunes to convert it
