To the best of my knowledge, the sounds in Reason are their own format. With Reason you get a Soundbank disc, and Reason is the only thing that can even read them. I use SOnar, and the directory for the Reason Soundbank doesn't even appear in Sonar. They are not .wav files. But, if you have some patience and boatloads of harddrive space, you can convert them all to wave files by recording them all and converting to audio. The short answer to your question is "no".
