Problems with Fruity Loops

I got the Aardvark 24/96 Audio interface, and it does not seem to work with Fruity Loops. Either the sound is completely distorted, or it is too delayed. If I try to play live then i hear about 10x the number of notes that I should. Any advice?

First, I'm not exactly sure what you are hearing, A good thing to do would be to try to adjust the buffer size for FruityLoops. It could be that what you are hearing is dropped samples and buffer overruns. Options > Wave Settings, and set the buffer slider to the right a little. Do this until it sounds right and/or the Underruns counter stops.

check back if this doesn't fix it.
