Problem with midi drum track

This is a dumb novice question....Im using Powertracks ..all my tracks are audio except drums, which are midi. After I mix down and merge the multitracks to wav, the drums arent there....what am I not doing?? Do I need to convert midi to audio, if so , how?

This question comes up so often, it should be referenced somewhere . . . hell, maybe it is ?
What you need to do is solo your MIDI tracks and record this to one or more audio tracks.
If your sound card won't allow you to do this internally, then simply get everything set to play the MIDI and record audio, then connect your (speakers out) to ( Line in ).Let your tune run and you dupe the MIDI to audio.

Hey Papicker, thanks for being so helpful...I got it worked out now! I did it internally, worked like a charm! had make a few settings changes in the record section of windows mixer ....the whole process was detailed in my manual...but Ijust missed it. At least I understand it now...duh...thanks again!!!!!!!
