C critical New member May 18, 2012 #1 I have akg d880. it has jack for mixer and I bought adaptor for sound card. when I instert it in my computer it dont work even I have 5.1ch sound card. but at my friend it is working with same type of card.

Steenamaroo ... May 18, 2012 #3 Your soundcard will have lots of jack sockets. At least centre/sub, front l/r, and rear l/r. It'll probably have line in and mic in also. Are you definitely plugged into the right port, and have you selected that port as your input device in windows or your recording software?

C critical New member May 18, 2012 #4 I dont know to explain. but it is one that when you plug it on, change jack for mixer to 3.6mm jack
