Pro tools help!!!

Hi All!

having dramas, hope you can help?

I'm mixing down a project and after deleting sections of unwanted audio, they are somehow playing back, even though there is no evidence of them on screen.

I'm not too proficient yet And desperate for help. project due tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is there a hidden duplicate track? I believe there's a "show/hide" option for tracks.
