Pro Tools 11 crossgrade from Pro Tools LE

I'm having an issue with the installation of PT11. I'm installing it from a digital download to a Window 7 system. I owned PT8LE previously. I've gone through the registration/ilok process and extacted the installation file, but when I try installing the software it comes up with a 1309 Error. I found a article that said to just ignore the errors and continue installation then move the extracted file to the root of the c drive. but it seems like i'm 'ignoring' A LOT of files....literally hundreds....this can't be right.

Has anyone else had this issue and overcome it?

Hi,
I'm not really a windows guy, but I've read about issues relating to the zip (or zips within) not being extracted.
Here's a relevant thread.
Maybe downloading 7zip and making sure everything's fully extracted first would help?
