presonus HP4 headphone amp?

I need something like this, that has headphones and also allows a monitor system to be used. It's simple and cheap. Does anyone use this and find it clean and transparent?

Any other headphone amps that have a monitor throughput? the Central station is more than what I need at this time.

I have an HP-4 and find it to be clean and transparent. In comparison, it sounds better than the headphone output on my Creative Itrigue speakers. I would recommend it.
 
I`m also a satisfied owner of the hp4, the only thing I can hold against it must be the level of sound comming out of it, its very pleasant sounding when listening to a a mix or just playing guitar, piano or singing, but drummers will need some more kick in db`s.

but I`ve managed to get around it with buying an easy driven set of headphones.

so all in all its a good purchase.
