I know the Alesis doesn't seem to be available yet but would anyone care to make comparisons between the Presonus Firepod and Alesis Multimix16 Firewire? I just wish there was more info available on the Multimix. My main concern will be getting two like units to work together for 16 analog channels. I currently have two Aardvark Q10's that I'm still struggling with to get them to get along with each other. If I can't get them straightened out I'll probably sell one and buy either the Alesis or Presonus. Just don't know yet. It's a shame though because I really do like the Q10.
Oh yeah, just as an afterthought ----- It kinda bothers me that so many used Firepods have been sold on eBay for such a new piece of equipment. Do an "Advanced" search (completed items only) for Presonus Firepod. There's quite a few there.
