Presonus Eureka not powering up

Someone gave me a Presonus Eureka and it's not powering up. I'm probably gonna have to bring this in somewhere to be serviced but does anyone have any ideas of what the problem could be? Or simple troubleshooting I can do on my own (besides making sure the wall outlet and IEC cable is good)? I have a multimeter and am willing to open it up but I've never opened up rack gear before. Thanks.
 
May not be fixed!
If it's a mini fuse with a plastic sideways holder it will fail again. Those type of fuse holders are cheap and when that starts to happen all you can do to really fix it is to replace it.
