power conditioner problem :(

I just got my new Furman RackRider power conditioner with the little slide-out lights and digital voltage display. But for some reason I can't get the lights to work! Everything on the unit seems to work perfectly, and the bulbs are fine too, but they won't work when I slide the tubes out and turn on the switch. I don't see what else I could do to get them to work, but maybe I'm just dumb. It just seems strange to me that everything would work except the lights...I'd think if it was broken, the whole unit wouldn't work properly. So I'm hoping someone has suggestions :D

Also, the readout consistently reads between 124 and 127 volts. Is there typically that much variation from the 120V that a line is supposed to be???

Thanks! :)

I'd take it back and get a new one.

Yes, power can fluctuate a lot between 110-130volts. That's why you bought the power conditioner ;)
