please help me

Can someone please help me. I don't know what I did to change it but now when I record audio onto a new track it records all the other track's as well (even the metronome) I looked though the help topics but I can't find any help. I have a soundblaster platinum soundcard.

make sure in the soundblaster mixer you dont have it set to "what i hear" becauase that will record everything you play back plus what you are playing live
 
Open your mixer (either the Windows mixer or the one that came with your Soundblaster) and find recording properties. It sounds like you have "what u hear" checked off. If so, uncheck it and check the input that you are using (e.g., line in).
