Is there anybody out there who has this firewire bundle up and running? I am still working on it.
I read the reviews and it is supposed to be a decent starter audio interface. I know it lacks
XLR, but I want to consentrate on the Cubase LE 4 side of things initially.
Maybe I will move up to a firewire with XLR once I figure out how this bundle works
together. It seems that I have to get the a. c. before I can use the software.
I have the icon and a message that says I am registered. So I requested my a.c. and
hope I will be able access the software very soon.
It is my understanding that once you get the software working the Firefly 202 can be set up
without much trouble.The directions say I still need the adapter when using a laptop
with a 4 pin firewire, so I will plug that in later.I have a 4 pin to 6 pin adapter to use the
supplied cable. I checked the hardware and it says the Firefly is installed.
Is there a lot more to setting it up?
