I've been having static issues between my recently purchased audiogram 6 and Cubase AI4 so I thought I'd try Reaper. I just tried recording a track and it showed me that it was getting input saw lots of little hills and valleys, but playing back I could hear nothing. Where do I tell it which speakers to use? That's one. Now I have a doozy. While I was searching for that I noticed that the green status bar on the input side was going crazy just as if I was still recording. I turned my DAW and master level to 0, turned off my mike, even deleted the previously recorded track and Reaper still looks as though it's getting input! Any ideas? I did just install the latest Reaper upgrade for 64 bit.
