I am a cheap bastard w/ no money. Right now I have been recording on a Dell pentium 2. I have the chance to upgrade to a pentium 3 for free. The thing is this pentium 3 is covered in viruses and problems that I could get rid of for free but would take me hours upon hours of work to fix. what I want to know is.. is it worth it? will I be able to get more than a couple tracks than i have been out of this or be able to use more effects w/out the skipping im getting now?
