Peavey PMA 70 power amp?!

I've got the opportunity to buy one. Does anybody have any experience with these? What do you think? How much should I pay?

I'm not familiar with their amps, but i know that thier bass bottoms kick ass. I own 2 peavy 18 in. bass reflex woofers one of which I've had for 'bout 17 years and i get great deep bottoms. A friend of mine owns a
a Peavy 150 watt bass head which is pretty decent.(I forgot the model#)
 
Looks much bigger than one rack space, but its not huge. Needs to sit on the floor, I think.
