Palmer PDI-03 DI box and THD Univalve

I have a THD Univalive amp. Will I be able to listen to both my DAW and Guitar speakers if I use this box? or would I be able to listen to only the DAW system? I like to be able to listen to my amp speaker and still record to DAW.....

try looking at the PDI-09.

could be just what you need.

no load, just captures the signal
 
I used to have a BiValve (sold for financial reasons). You can use both the Line Out and the Speaker Outs on the amp at the same time. So plug the Line out to the cab simpulator to your computor, and use the amps speaker out. Then it doesn't matter if the box you are buying can or can't. But you don't need that dummy load it offers because the Uni has a built in one.
